I stayed on the bay view tower, which was very outdated. The room had red juice stains on the carpet and the bathroom vanity was old with several rust stains around the bottom. Terrible experience the family pool was packed with teens horse playing

It is shocking that they get away with such horrible service. The room was fine, though we had A connected room to a noisy family and could not sleep all night.
