"Staff was not very friendly or polite since we arrived. At the end of our stay, my wife mistakenly left her rain coat in the room. I waited outside for her the hotel as I could not leave the car unattended. She talked to 3 different people and all 3 seem annoyed by her situation not even willing to help. She was told she could not go to the room to retrieve it as the reservation was under my name. She asked if someone else could call or ck the room and they said no. Each person was rude not willing to help; for which she made the decision to haut leave the coat in the room. This hotel is not cheap and you would expect more professionalism and excellence from the staff. This is our second time staying here and it will most likely be the last time as our experience with the staff is that they do not seem too happy to be working there and that their customers are a nuisance. "

"The room had strings of hair in the bathroom and the top sheet was ripped from the press. I informed the front desk and one of the staff but nothing happened. Aside from those two minor issues, it was a really good stay. The food was good and the bed was very comfortable."

"My recent stay at Tropicana was so disappointing! Over the years I have always stayed there and had the best times ! This last trip there - was a nightmare! The elevators were down/broken that connected room to casino. The 41st floor . The service elevator was all that was accessible. Completely unsafe , doors were closing in people and there were no staff in sight to even help direct the situation! Entire casino, needs serious upgrades . Certain outlets in room not working , casino area garbage under tables ! Poor staff service! Never again will i go there! "
