MODERN UNIT CLOSE TO EVERYTHING THAT MAKES OCEAN CITY UNFORGETTABLE!
- Enjoy the best of both worlds at 1039 Asbury Ave Unit B a newly renovated 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bath home, located in the heart of Downtown Ocean City steps away from amazing shops, eateries, and unique attractions. Take a walk 3 blocks away to the supermarket and grab some seafood to throw on the grill for dinner. Afterward, you can get a smoothie or acai bowl from Bungalow bowls as you people watch from one of two decks (one facing Asbury and one facing the driveway). If you’d rather enjoy the beach, go to 11th street and walk about 3 blocks and you can spend all day relaxing on the beach (or chasing your kids as they run around the beach). I haven’t sat down on a beach chair in 8 years! Don’t forget to check out the world famous ocean City boardwalk. VACANCIES: Please hurry. Unit books up as soon as Spring starts. Thank you!!
