Bayfront Home ideal for a staycation or family

Watch the sunrise, sunset or both from the luxury of your own bayfront home with balconies. This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home is on 2 levels with gorgeous view throughout.

Very near to newly opened Ocean Resort Casino and Hard Rock. Close to all AC casinos, shopping, and dining.

Cook in your fully stocked kitchen or even grill on your balcony.

If you want to charter a boat please inquire. Go on fishing expeditions, sightseeing, or see the beautiful coast by boat straight from your home.

The space
This house is truly a gem in Atlantic City and I'm proud to be the only 2nd owner in it's history. As one of the few residential homes on the block you have unobstructed views of the casinos and bay. Relax on the private dock and inquire with the captain to charter a private boat for you and your family and friends.

Guest access
Guest have access to the dock, common hallways, and of course the unit you're renting.

Other things to note
This home is a duplex (2 units). There is a shared common stairwell for access to both units. Both units have a private entrance with separate codes. This unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors and the other unit is on the 4th floor. Please reach out with any questions regarding the setup of the house. Thanks.
