The main reason i picked this location to stay was to experience the spa. Found out when i arrived it was permanently close. Also I paid they put a hold of $150+ my tax. $226.68. which was told i would recieve $150. but when i chevked out i was charged an additional $76.68 for the tax. Therer was ...

The bathroom in our room was the kind you find in a public bathroom that you need to use your foot to flush, who wants that in their hotel room?! I was absolutely disgusted!
