Check in was easy at the kiosk. Big room with view of ocean in Havana tower. Only complaint was long line for elevator to garages at check out time. And stairs were locked so we couldn’t use them. Otherwise great stay

The bathroom in our room was the kind you find in a public bathroom that you need to use your foot to flush, who wants that in their hotel room?! I was absolutely disgusted!
