"The facility was clean and in a nice location by the beach. However, the property was dated, and really needs to be renovated."

"The room overlooked the beach, and the rooms were very spacious. It was very quiet and the 5 pools were very clean. Security was on site 24 X 7. The only complaint was limited food service on site. However the room had a full kitchen. This is now my go to place in Myrtle Beach."

"The choice of several indoor and outdoor pools was great for my kids. The view could not be beat from the 15th floor. The condo was awesome! Enough room for everyone, comfortable, I was able to cook in the furnished kitchen and 2 bathrooms were definitely appreciated. The staff were friendly and professional with big smiles. We will be back!"

"Host was very good in communication. Place was very clean. However if needs some tlc. Cookware was old and teflon coated pans were very used so we went out and bought some pans. We were not warned that the refrigerator gathered water in the lower crisper bins. Location of coffee pot and toaster caused the circuit breaker to the refrigerator to trip. We relocated them to a different plug. Property should be listed as ocean view not ocean front. It was listed as a queen size bed. So we brought our own sheets however when we arrived we were surprised to see a king bed. We always use our own sheets. "

"The rooftop penthouse experience was amazing! When the sun is out there is no better place than lounging on the rooftop balcony after golfing. The residents who live in the building were beyond nice and helpful with restaurant suggestions. "

"Need better drapery in master to make it darker and better curtains on the main entrance doors.Need a decent broom to sweep up any sand that gets tracked in.Need to put furniture covers on the furniture instead of afghan throws."
