The room had 0 A/C and they only had one working elevator for the entire hotel. Wonderful service and staff though I think i just got bad luck.

The hotel was very nice. Room with city view was outstanding! I can’t wait to stay here again! Staff were outstanding, very courteous and very knowledgeable!

Clean bathroom and room, comfortable bed; Pleasant stay, overall. I would stay there again.

The Westin Atlanta Airport
Arrived early and since room was available we were allowed to check in 3 hrs earlier. Which helped us rest and start our journey earlier. Room was cold I changed heat but when I returned room was still cold. I did not call reception to find out if it could be fixed.
