The gentleman that checked us in was really nice and helpful the conditions of the hotel were quite ran down although they attempted to accommodate us the facility was not up to par the tile was coming off the floor and locks would not work

I booked through expedia. This hotel have breakfast no food at all!!! It says it does online. The phone didn’t even have a cord. No phone. Sink leaked all night. I called to complain they hung up on me. They pretend they can’t speak English. Which is a lie. Horrible Horrible stay. Do not support their business.

The 1st room they gave me there was a broken down cabinet outside the room. The TV could only get one channel .The tub was dirty in that room so I asked for a new room. The new room was just as bad. The floor was coming up. There was black mold on the walls. The tub filled with water when showering. It was one of the worst experiences staying in a hotel/motel.

Absolutely filthy room all together. Tub stopped up, faucets broken, plug ins that didn’t work, phone didn’t work to even all front desk, tv barely worked, floors waterlogged and smelled bad. On top of all of that we had drug dealers staying next door. Kept us up all night with traffic in and out. Very upset with what we got for $135 a night. Would never recommend it. Sketchy but worst of all they advertise it with outdated pictures and false reviews.

We booked a non-smoking room but our room smelled like cigarette and whole night I was suffocating. Room lacks even basic cleanliness. Sheets had multiple cigarrette burns. Floor boards comes off and shower curtain is dirty. Room did not even have basic toiletries, only a soap and shampoo tube. No conditioner, no lotion, no hairdryer. Details they provided in expedia is very misleading. There was no microwave only a dusty fridge. Also in expedia, booking mentions it includes breakfast but when we go there, the person in reception said they don’t provide breakfasy anymore after covid. But still they are such crooks who don’t bother to mention it in Expedia. This place seems like a place where construction people stays, so not really suitabl for travelers. This is worst motel I have ever stayed. Avoid this place at all cost for your sake!

First it took 4 tries to get a room with 2 beds, tv, fridge, microwave as the description stated and as we reserved months ago. Was not accessible as we needed, reeked of smoke despite being nonsmoking. Everything filthy from parking lot to railing to room. Used condoms in stairwell. Only 2 towels 1 washcloth despite reservations for 3 (ended up just being 2 of us luckily). Person in room next to us up talking and watching tv literally all night. Finally fell asleep at 7, 725 a hotel worker was pounding on the door yelling that they were police. Very first amenity listed in breakfast. At check-in were told it started at 7 am. However in the morning we were told there's no breakfast since covid. So that was 5 yrs ago they stopped serving breakfast, so why still listed? The advertised breakfast played into our decision to stay here. And how does 40 a night and 2 nights add up to 150? We could have stayed someplace actually comfortable for the cost. This was not a pleasant or cost-effective stay nor was it a good value. We were so drained we had to cut our activities short since we literally couldn't sleep.

BED BUGS INSIDE OF PILLOW CASE. Smeared ashes on the sheets. Microwave and fridge not even safe to use being sprayed and not wiped afterwards you see thick streaks of spray residue! To top it off there was not working water in the shower or sink. My room was changed to a “cleaner” room supposedly(my children were pissed and exhausted and tired to sleep in the car instead) after finally getting a little settled and dozing of, staff attempted to enter my room several times between 7am and check out time to address the previous night’s issue! (Basically being rude and trying to avoid a refund and me staying until check out they continued to disturb me 3hrs into my sleep when I was told I couldn’t speak with management until check out) I was told I was wrong there were never any bugs and I was so aggravated I MADE him follow me to the room and show him myself since I was sure it was clear they’d been there (never had bed bugs in my entire life) he also lies and says I was offered a refund the previous night, the lies and games was so frustrating I ended up just driving back 14hrs home refusing to ever stay in a hotel ever again! Don’t go here RUN RUN RUN!!!

Good for budget stay

Me Patel is courteous, helpful and pleasant. We have stayed here before and he is one of the reasons we come back. There are many hotels in the area in this price range and they are all similar. I have found none of them to be all that pleasant. I enjoyed a shower though I was worried the curtain rod would fall off the wall at any time. Hotels at this level have cut back on services and maintenance in hopes of surviving, a poor choice I feel. The WiFi was okay, 5gb down and 4 up. Plumbing fixtures worked. My daughter room had many inoperative lamps and no outlets to plug her chargers into by the bed. Beds were comfortable but covers worn and old. Sheets were clean and pillows adequate. The rooms were well cooled upon check in and the hvac worked without issue. I’ll be back again in a month or two. There are worse places to stay and Mr Patel is quick to address and serious issues.

Disapointting

Only 4 outlets in the bed/lounge area water ran from barely warm to too hot,floor had some kind of plastic coving that was not glued down they were only 2 ice machines one was broke the other one was empty, The only positive things were they price and a Rubbermaid in the tub to keep you from slipping in the tub and hurting yourself I do not think that I will stay at this one again
