From my first encounter with the front desk my 6 days were really pleasant. My suite was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was wonderful. The pool and other amenities were also lovely. I know that whenever I return to Atlanta this is my go to for lodging.

This is the BEST Residence Inn in the Atlanta area. It feels like a mini resort. It's ULTRA clean and the location is PERFECT. We already booked another stay for our December visit to the ATL.

I can say the stay was overall comfortable and pleasant. The only issue that I can say is there wasn’t any room to pull up to load and unload when we arrived. The site lacked accommodation for leisure such as a bar or pub. Due to the site having one elevator, the walk to the room seemed very long and inconvenient. However again overall it was a good location it just lacks those things mentioned.

This was such a pleasant stay! Perfect two night stay, location was close enough to go to downtown for fun as needed but not far to make it a long drive. Was in a nice quiet neighborhood, parking was great, staff were always friendly at all times and the room itself was well maintained and clean! The pool was great and while I didn’t get to try breakfast it was a nice touch to know it was there! Would absolutely stay again.

The staff from the front desk to housekeeping was awesome. Absolutely no complaints there! The rooms were a little outdated despite us being told they had been recently renovated. The rooms had a dank smell (we were switched to another room) and we had to buy plug ins to mask the smell. We had to kill 2 ladybugs and flying little bugs were biting me each day. Our stay was actually good. Just not used to a Marriott Bonvoy hotel being in the shape it was. Would we visit again to this hotel? Likely due to the excellent staff at the hotel!

The location is in an upscale residential neighborhood. The property was well kept and the rooms showed very minor wear. The parking deck and recreation areas were immaculate. The hot breakfast was fresh and had a good variety to choose from. The front desk attendants were professional and provided excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A BIG shout out to the Best breakfast women to ensure the buffet each morning is the best presentation and it is. Me and my best friend can’t say how much we appreciate her, and the hotel staff! I also appreciate the front desk on kindness, and customer first attitude. But also the cleaning crew do an exceptional job, plus the maintenance man on top of things as needed!! I can go on and on but those reading this should get the drift, the place to stay, enjoy and kickback after being out all day or just arriving to rest from a long drive. I can say all this WHY because of how many times I have stayed and continue to stay when in town and I have stayed in many hotels in Buckhead!

We had an excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Jayla at check-in—she provided outstanding customer service, was friendly, professional, and made the check-in process quick and easy. Her warm attitude set the tone for a wonderful stay. I truly appreciated her helpfulness and hospitality. The hotel served warm breakfast daily. We enjoyed the pool and they halo have several other options for entertainment. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!

Clean rooms. Good garden. However, there are rooms on the top floor that have no AC and instead, they have a portable AC connected that only cools the living room. The bedroom was almost 90 degrees, so I ended up sleeping on the couch. For this price point, there are better options nearby. Plus they also charge extra for the parking. I wish the front desk had disclosed this "permanent" issue instead of dumping me into one of these suites.

We had a nice stay at the Marriott Buckhead Lenox Park in Atlanta. The pool was nice, managementt would be more careful about cleanliness, pickle ball area was nice, the breakfast was good, and the suite was comfortable and spacious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, at around $260 per night, I felt the room was a bit expensive. Also, the additional $25 per night parking fee was unexpected and made the overall cost higher than anticipated. It would be helpful if these extra fees were made more clear when booking. Overall, a pleasant hotel with nice amenities, but travelers should be aware of the additional parking cost.

The Residence Inn in Lenox Park, Buckhead, Atlanta, was perfect. Sparkling clean, with the most helpful, courteous, and friendly staff. Great facilities, including a gym. Pool, a pickleball court, among other things. Great, hot breakfast with lots of choices. I gave the hotel four stars instead of five because of the noise level at night. It is built as a rectangle with space for all the facilities. One night - a Saturday - there was a loud party that went on into the early hours. I was still awake at 2 am. Loud voices carried upwards, and loud music played. Otherwise, a gem of a hotel.

Very nice property but the air didn't cool our room in the day time. The phone in the room didnt work so you have to wait to speak with the front desk. Asked for housekeeping the first night, no one showed up the next day. You can tell its recently remodeled. There's a 25.00 per day parking fee, the only way i knew was by the parking pass. The young man at the front didn't say anything about a fee. The location is amazing.

RUDE staff (very) Unsecured windows (safety) Roaches (and I have video proof) No WiFi Had to go to the front desk THREE TIMES after the desk worker said the maintenance man was supposed to be to my room in 5 minutes...but I check out this morning with the service STILL OUT and NEVER saw any maintenance man! The manager instructed the desk worker to cut parking fees - nothing taken off. Theeeee VERY worst hotel visit in my entire life! And I will be taking action as well. Ignored my professional medicine practitioner status and any discount. THIS PLACE IS HORTID!!!!
