The home is a spacious 1700sqft with a convenient layout, comfortable furnishings, and bright light throughout. Smart TVs in each room, a google home, & Nest system. Downstairs has an open concept dining and living space with full reclining couches complete with usb charging ports. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all supplies necessary to feel like home. Upstairs the sleeping quarters consist of 3 bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. A 2Car garage w/ an Outdoor patio space both gas &charcoal grills.
The space
Master bedroom includes King size bed, workspace desk, massive walk in closet, on suite full bathroom with a soaking tub and shower combination, vanity, and linen closet.

Hall bathroom shared by 2 spare rooms.
1 room=One Queen size bed
1 room=One Full/Double size bed

Each room is complete with privacy door and personal closet. They include a smart TV for both cable channels and streaming services, celling fan, and light.

*Please Note: The Pool is in the neighborhood and shared by all residents in the community, additionally it is only open seasonally around Memorial Day-Labor Day.

The location is perfect for the travelers wanting to be right outside of the city, or close to the Marietta square-its a 3-5min. drive. Smyrna is under 10mins., Buckhead under 15 mins., conveniently under 5 miles from major highway access. Property includes community pool access (seasonal).
The distance into Atlanta is about 15 miles and approximately 20-30 mins.

Lyft and Uber cost from airport generally $20-$30 and usually a 20-30 min drive time.

Other things to note
This is a well established friendly residential community and please keep this in mind when enjoying your stay. While you may be on a trip for pleasure or vacation my neighbors on both sides live there and have full time jobs and would not want to have there normalcy interupted. The home is not suitable for parties, or loud in & out often activity. You may see our neighbors walking their dogs- smile and wave it may make someones day.
