Great Two Bed/Two Bath Accommodations

Accommodations were perfect for two adults, two teens. It was great that both bedrooms had a private bath and tv. I appreciated having plenty of towels, that each sink had hand soap and that K-cups were provided for the coffee maker. Area was quiet, I felt safe walking the dog and several restaurants are within walkable distance.

The apartment was clean, well appointed, and just as it looked online. Parking was super convenient and the location was very close to a lot of really good restaurants. The owners were very detailed in their communications and prompt in responding if I had a question. Everything went great!

My boyfriend and I stayed recently, during the snow and ice storm, and we could not be more pleased with the comfort of this apartment. It’s so well appointed, and we needed absolutely nothing! We certainly enjoyed the massage chairs, since we were pretty much homebound over the ice storm. It’s a very well-decorated apartment with high-end finishes and a great location. We will definitely stay there again!

Clean and cozy. Close to everything Decatur. We will definitely stay again. Incredible game room and rooftop lounge. The pool was chilly, but the pool lounging area was a great place to hangout with family & kids. Having access to the washer and drier was a huge advantage too.

Great location and communication

We had a great stay in this very clean and conveniently located apartment. We were able to walk to downtown Decatur in less than 10 mins and parking in the garage was a breeze. The swimming pool was a great way for the kids to relax and cool down. The apartment was well stocked and nicely designed. I was very impressed with the quick and friendly communication from our hosts. I would definitely stay again!

Nice place and nice building overall. Location is very good as. Close walk I g distance distance to Decatur shops and restaurants. Helpful staff when I had questions or needed directions Parking convenient. unit and building was clean. Kids enjoyed games in lounge as they had ping pong, shuffle board and pool table. Pool was closed which was a huge bummer for kids.

Loved the unit and the property as a whole experience. Felt very safe there. And was very dog friendly! Will definitely be renting this one again. I have very bad allergies and wished there was a little less dust around. The unit may need a air filter.

Decatur stay for United Game

Me and a friend came into town to meet other friends for the United soccer game. Decatur ended up being the perfect place for a weekend stay, and the Regal Noir was a GREAT location to stay in Decatur. Located walking distance from a ton of awesome restaurants/cafes/bars, we actually had too many options! The hosts were awesome, very communicative and helpful with the check-in/out process. The accommodations were super nice and very clean. Highly reccomend.
