The check-in/out process was easy and the staff was very nice! The main issue I had was not having a microwave in my room. The floor that I stayed on (6th) had one near the elevator, but that was a bit of an inconvenience to have to walk around there to heat food up! The nightly room rate definitely warrants having a microwave in each room, c’mon now!
