Staff in general were helpful throughout my stay. Room was not clean upon arrival but was given a different room. Breakfast was good. The hotel had nice amenities but I didn't get to utilize them other than hotel shuttle which was a nice touch. Oh forgot to mention location was close to shopping and restaurants.

Coming in the size and the state of the room wowed my family. The breakfasts were great. The staff was probably exhausted they minded their business and had little time for exchange of pleasantries. The only short size which one can blame on the size of my company was the frequency of cleaning/towel exchange, which they do every 3 or 4 days. The swimming pool was also small I will certainly go back there.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I love the scent throughout the hotel, it was a really clean scent from the entrance, to the elevator and to the room, the smell was pleasing. This is the only place I will stay at when I come for a visit now.

6/10 Okay

The staff were wonderfully kind. However our bathroom door was off its hinges, and I called to report it and the hotel apologized and said there was open rooms to move to, but they would have maintenance come and fix it; no one came. There was no housekeeping done during our three night stay. Shuttle was convenient! Breakfast was acceptable; lots of families with lots of kids staying so they ran out of things very quickly, had to get there early for even a small chance at bacon or a waffle.
