I loved there friendly vibes from the hosts the bar and excellent breakfast the good view plus ATL beat 49ers so yes our stay at Hilton was wonderful 😎💯
Very beautiful hotel but the rooms and bathroom were small. We only came for an overnight stay for the GA-Fla game/tailgate. When I tell you it took us 40 minutes to get out of the parking garage to leave, it was RIDICULOUS. I feel like someone should’ve been directing the traffic to make it a smoother transition. Also it’s only like 2 elevators that were available to take you down to the ground floors where the parking deck is. So many ppl checking out, not enough elevators. And we tried to take the stairs only to find stairs that didn’t have a way to let us out into the parking deck. None of those doors had handles or a push outlet to open, so had to walk back up and take the elevator anyways 😩. Other than that, the hotel was convenient, great priced, clean, and smelled really good. And it’s only a mile away from the Mercedes Benz stadium… and right off the expressway…location location location.

Disliked: Staff & service
The room was ok. The pillows were horrible as far as the fluffiness. Had to put 3 together to make 1. Had to call downstairs because the people next to us were so loud and slamming doors. Then the people who bring your car to you could care less if they treated you once they valet parked you. Will never stay at this location again. Not happy over all
Pros: Location
Cons: The tub in the bathroom is a fall hazard, my 4yr old granddaughter slipped an fell in the tub because it is very slippery, the towels had a very fresh smell and parking is a nightmare. The elevators are limited to get to the parking garage which is a very long wait to get one because its always full in the mornings, too get out the parking lot took over 1hr because it is crammed.
Hotel location was great. The rooms need to be maintained better as there were several cracks in the bathroom (walls, tub, and floor) the water handle in the shower kept falling off.

The Valet staff was exceptionally rude! They dont give you time to even get out your car, to even self park! Drove 7hrs the last thing you want is to be meet a rude valet! When I addressed the problem with the staff I was simply told there a separate company! Also the homeless ppl just walk up to you security doesn't do anything but just stand there! Thank God I wasn't alone! Great location terrible service!
Loved the hotel! The little market downstairs was super convenient and the fitness center was equipped with so many great machines. The only con to this hotel were the elevators. We had to wait for one just to get to our room during certain hours of the day. On checkout day all elevators were jammed packed with people trying to get downstairs.
Great Stay, But Disappointed With My Room Accommodation
Overall, I had a great stay at the Hilton. Everything was good, and I enjoyed my time at the hotel. However, my biggest disappointment was not receiving the king-size bed that I had originally booked and paid for.
When guests pay for a specific room type, I believe the hotel should honor that reservation or make a reasonable effort to accommodate them when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel properly accommodated in this situation.
Aside from that issue, my experience was positive. I just wish the hotel had handled the room situation better. I would consider staying again, but I hope management takes these concerns seriously because guests should receive what they pay for.
Great food. My only complaint is when I checked in the staff did not explain how to get to the room or where our room was. Every other place I stayed told me where in the hotel our room is. We walked around until we finally asked the little cafe how to get to our room. There are 6 elevators and we were not fast enough to get in the elevator before people just started getting in. It was disappointing.
