Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.
Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our car park is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the car park can get creepy at night, please find another car park nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.
AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Autumn. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.
Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.

Solid Stay
This property has a lot to offer. The listing was accurate, and the host communicated immaculately regarding all of our concerns during our stay. The check-in process was clear and simple with no issues at all. It is near many attractions, but the reason for the 2-star rating on the location was the “neighborhood” of the complex. There was a constant odor from parties in the complex and you could hear all the city noise throughout the night with no reprieve. I would also say that if you have kids or a single traveler, to be mindful of this listing, it is fairly glum at night with little lighting in the parking lots. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would book again if we came through town!
Communication was great. The space was nice and spacious. Perfect area, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The host were amazing. Details for checking in and parking was a breeze. I would definitely recommend

We kept saying the whole time we were they that the place was “fine”. The couch was pretty filthy (nobody wanted to lay on it) and the arm was broken. No control of the AC was pretty annoying. The shower I wish was cleaner. We were just there for the Peach Bowl so it wasn’t that big of a deal for us because we were never really there but if you are going there for multiple days, I’d look somewhere else. That said, it’s pretty inexpensive comparatively.
I would not recommend this property, especially for families with small children.
The window in the small bedroom needs to be properly repaired. Although this may seem minor, it affects the appearance of the room. The window in the living room area opens without any safety rails or guards. This is a serious safety concern for children.
There were also several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The sofa was badly stained and did not feel sanitary. The bedsheets felt sticky, and my son was so uncomfortable that he slept in a hoodie and track pants to avoid having direct contact with them. The pillows in the small bedroom were stained as well. The floors were slippery in some areas and sticky in others.
The ceiling fan in the smaller bedroom was loud, rickety, and did not seem stable. We were afraid to leave it running because we were concerned it might fall. The trash can was also broken and nearly fell on my foot.
The kitchen shelves where the dishes were stored were filthy and did not appear to have been cleaned. We were not comfortable using the dishes and used our own instead. There were also strands of hair stuck to the shower curtain. I would suggest that the host keep at least two sets of shower curtains so there is enough time between guests to remove, wash, inspect, and replace them properly.
We checked in on a Friday evening. The parking lot was crowded, with groups of teenagers hanging around, whic
This place was filthy. Walked in and the first thing I was greeted with was a dead cockroach on the kitchen counter. Found another live cockroach the following day. The floors were sticky walking in and made my white socks completely black. The bathroom sink had some gross stuff in it.also, the couch is dying and the trash receptacle falls out when you pull out the drawer.Overall this place was disgusting and needs a thorough cleaning.

So so
The place was filthy and I’m not picky about neatness. Our socks were black from the floor. There were wrappers and crumbs on the floors. The shower broke and a piece broke my son’s toe. It was freezing cold with no way to adjust the temperature. I would not stay here again.
