Please be sure to clean up after your pet(s), as stated in the striations pets are not allowed on sofa and beds additional cleaning fee will be added if cleaning team has to clean after them.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Smoking inside the property is absolutely prohibited, a 200$ fee will be applied if smoked in the house.
We ask If you are bringing pets, clean after it. Additional cleaning fee will be charged if we have to do it, pets are NOT allowed on sofa and beds.

Very clean. Safe and convenient area. Comfy bed. Great location - 10-15 minutes to Truist Park. Fenced backyard which our little dog enjoyed while we enjoyed coffee on the deck (also in backyard). Highly recommend.

Perfect stay away from home and pet friendly!

My daughter, fur baby and I enjoyed our stay. It was enough space for us and the yard and deck was the cherry on top. Marlon was quick with his responses. I would definitely stay here again if in Marietta.

Cozy place for family with kids

We came for a few days with our two kids (1 and 3). It was great little house, very clean, very well equipped (including pack and play and high chair) and it has a little backyard in which they enjoyed to play. The neighborhood is very calm and has cutes birds and fireflies, again, great with kids. It is also well located, easy access to the main roads makes it a good place if you come yo visit the area

Dog friendly and good location

We were in town for a softball tournament. The house was conveniently located to local softball fields. The house was nicely updated and had a great back porch and yard for our dog. Enjoyed it so much we are staying again next weekend.

Overnight stay

After 13 hours in the car we were happy to get to this very cute, clean relaxing property. The fenced in yard is exactly what our dog needed after such a long time traveling. We all got to stretch out, relax and sleptVery well.. comfortable bed.i would recommend this place to others and may book again on the way back.

College Visit

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, blocks from a park to walk the dog. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our host was courteous, and responded to questions quickly. I will stay with this host again.

Clean and convenient

Rented this place for my SIL and her dog while they visited Atlanta to manage our business. She said the backyard was great, especially for her lab, and the house was clean and pleasant.

Nice property

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood besides the traffic on the main road(but you can’t hear it within the house). The house was extremely clean and fully stocked! My dogs felt comfortable and we all had a great time. We were close to multiple Marietta restaurants, which was a plus.

What a gem!

This house was so beautifully decorated, immaculate, and incredibly cozy. It had everything you could need. My dogs loved the fenced in back yard and park just down the road. It made a work trip seem like a vacation. We will definitely be back!

Chiro/Life Homecoming

We had a short visit but I hate getting out of routine and needed a nice location to get up and do my 2 mile run in the morning, one hour strength training at the residence and clean enough to cook and an area where we could sleep in peace. We found all that and more at this house and the neighbors are wonderful too!

Beautiful house close to everything

Our family of 5 - 2 adults, 2 kids and fur baby stayed for 2 nights at this beautiful house which is close to everything. Listing was accurate and communication was great. We liked everything at the house but the best part was the fenced yard and beautiful deck with steps to the yard. We will recommend this to friends and family for sure and are already planning return early 2024.

Perfect for what I needed

Cute little house was perfect for me and the pups while I attended a conference in downtown Atlanta. Way access to the interstate. I was able to drive a short distance to the Marta and save $$ in parking and traffic aggravation. The pups had a yard to play in. The house had all the comforts of home...once I figured out how to make the AC a little warmer. Would stay again if I ever need a place in that area.
