We had a very nice long weekend here. The condo is nice and clean and a short walk to the aquarium which was our main purpose for staying here. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Would stay again.

The condo was in a perfect location to all Atlanta attractions. The condo was clean and comfortable. The shower was very hot with great water pressure. The bedroom had a very comfortable mattress and pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed my stay, and it had a great view. It was centrally located for easy access to anywhere I needed to go. The host was really friendly and communicated with ease. Condo was just as pictured. Clean & all the necessary amenities. The location as far as proximity to things to do in Atlanta was excellent. Outside the condo there is a lot of homelessness near the front entrance , we simply used the side door to avoid them . I would definitely stay here again

Great stay

This place was just as the pictures showed. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say is maybe change out the decorative pillows they do have stains that made me a little uncomfortable but other than that I enjoyed my stay. Just know you will have to pay for parking each day you are there, in total I spent 100 for parking for 3 nights but it is in the city so technically that’s normal. I would definitely book again the balcony was my favorite part.

Trip to ATL

Condo was very nice. Property was clean and exactly as advertised. We did have concerns about the neighborhood but this is completely out of the property manager/owner’s control. Highly recommend being back to the property before 9:00 pm to use the side entrance. Property manager/owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for opening your place to us!

Long Weekend Get Away

The condo was great, we were very close to Coca Cola and the Georgia Aquarium - We loved the screened in balcony. A bit unnerved by the homeless people that come up to you as soon as you walk out of the building. All three days we were there was one homeless man who walked around yelling at the top of his lungs "you want a piece of this" swinging a big stick at people - he went after the poor technician who was working on electrical or phone lines on the sidewalk. I was super glad we were on the 6th floor balcony and not on the street. Amazing time at Ray's Steakhouse which is in walking distance as well. Over all a good trip but I don't think we will be returning any time soon.

Bedding was clean and comfortable. Tidy but needs deep clean. Needs some upkeep done. Broken door knobs resulting in getting locked out on deck and bedroom one iffy. . Rig rolling up on corners causing a trip hazard. Ice maker not great. Finger prints on walls and light switches. Very dirty under pull out sofa. Top of Pull out sofa doesn't stay up. Only 2 towels and 1 tolle of toilet paper. Listing looked like it said there was a spa/whirlpool. This is not true. Great location. Great price. Felt safe.

A convenient, clean, and comfortable space

The condo we rented was very conveniently located–just a 2 or 3 minute walk from the event we were attending. It was well kept and spacious and offered wonderful amenities. A well accommodating kitchenette with a full-size fridge with ice maker is very convenient for extended stays. The full array of cooking appliances made breakfast a breeze. The main sitting room held a good-sized sleeper sofa and another nice and soft but smaller regular couch (love seat?). It was the perfect spot to relax together after being out all day–great place to share with friends. The balcony has a commanding view of the surrounding city. The balcony floor was covered with astro turf, so it was comfortable to walk on. Also, it was enclosed by mosquito netting so no worries about insects–another pleasant touch. Enjoyed some great conversation while overlooking downtown. The bedroom held a large comfy bed and plenty of drawer and closet space. The closet was useful for its full-size mirror as well. Perfect for dressing up and getting your look just right before heading out. Ceiling fans and older but still powerful AC units kept the room's temperature under control. They could not be set or adjusted but we never felt uncomfortable. The bathroom was compact and clean. There was very nice tile in the shower with a small built-in seat for those who need it. There was a sense of cleanliness to the whole space that I appreciated. I would definitely seek to rent this condo again given the opportunity.

The pull out bed didn’t work and I never got a response from the host regarding this. The other “bed” wasn’t queen sized as advertised it was a couch that folded down. I’m not sure sleeping 5 is an adequate description.
