On day three we realized there were bedbugs. Later on the news we heard that the whole city had them. Only refunded the 4 days that we left. Should have been a full refund for this. My daughter and me both had multiple bites for the three nights there. If I had not seen them, I don’t know if I would have known that was the issue.
