Waterfront Condo Glyfada

Newly remodeled on the beach, with a yard. Centrally-located place with beautiful upscale shops and wonderful vibrant restaurants. Swim, shop and wonderful food are all in the same location, all within walking distance. One side of the building you have beautiful waterfront beaches and the other side are the upscale shops and restaurants. No car needed all within walking distance. Bus and tram, very close.
Condo is on the 1st floor completely redone, everything is new. Elevator or stairs lead you to this hidden gem. The bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed. The living room has a large sofa that turns into a large bed. Lovely bathroom with rainfall water shower and a washer. The kitchen comes equipped with an espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, Refrigerator, dishwasher, and all kitchen necessities. The patio has lovely view of the 1st Marina in Glyfada
