In Chamolia in absolute calm, in a very busy and secure domain, a magnificent villa of 350m2 built on a plot of 1800 m2 a few steps from the beach, has a glimpse of the sea upstairs, with a large swimming pool of 90 m2 and its 80 m2 pool house with a superb Mediterranean garden and all the comforts for an ideal holiday.
Villa MAKIS is 18 km from Athens National Airport and 40 km from the center of Athens.
