Enjoy your stay in this peaceful, tranquil setting, lounging by the swimming pool and take in the serenity of the environment. Enjoy your days with a barbecue and a swim and even go do to the main road where many cafes and restaurants await. Take a drive to Anavissos Beach or to Lagonisi Beach and enjoy the Aegean Sea and its beauty.   
Pharmacies , Gas Station and supermarkets are close by too.   
The ground floor is not described or included in the listing. The description and listing of Villa Nikoletta is the 1st and 2nd floor. Arrangements can be made for the whole Villa including the ground floor but that would have to be requested and arranged beforehand.
