THIRAMENOUS RESIDENCE - SIX BEDROOM HOUSE with Rooftop Hot Tub

This two story Residence is consisting of two separate 3 bedroom , 3 bathroom apartments, one on ground and one on the first floor of the property. Exquisitely designed and beautifully furnished, our magnificent Thiramenous Residence is our largest and most luxurious property.
This six bedroom and six bathroom (2 en suite) stunning 2 story house, has big windows on each floor allows the house to be flooded with light and the unique energy of the Acropolis area while commanding views stretch out over the Acropolis and the traditional territories. Furnished with king-sized beds swathed in high quality cotton linens and ultra comfortable mattresses, all bedrooms can be characterized as the master one. Additional accommodation includes 2 seating and dining areas (indoor outdoor) with seating for eight people, two fully equipped kitchen on each floor combined both with comfortable living areas. This house offers a true ‘sense of place’. The house has been decorated with several commissioned furniture and artworks. We proudly declare that this house is unique all over the Athenian market among between the tourist apartments. It will be our pleasure to accommodate up to 12 people.
You are located in perhaps the best spot in the city. It is nestled in the old, timeless quarter of Filopappou a few paces from the Acropolis Museum and the grand Dionysiou Areopagitou promenade which leads past the (still function) ancient theatre of Herodion Atticus, up to the Acropolis itself. A few minutes walk to the east are the splendid Temple of Zeus and Hadrians Arch , with the beautiful Olympic Stadium in the near distance. There are also some great shopping, eating and entertainment opportunities in the neighborhood, from ultra exclusive to no-frills, you will find what you are looking for!

This property is so convenient to all the places you want to go in Athens, literally a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis. Beautiful rooftop view of the the Acropolis as well. George was so helpful and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Great neighborhood!

This apartment was extremely comfortable for our large family of 12. The location was perfect with easy walking to bakeries, restaurants, shops and the Parthenon. It appeared to be recently renovated as the two apartments were very modern. The rooftop view was stunning!!

Nice location

Nice local and super place for split families with two seperate apt of three bedrooms each. Not so happy with the kitchen or bathroom details. With the price being what it is, only one towel supplied for each guest and kitchen had one poor quality knife to use. This falls short of our expectations. I'm sure the owner will fix these small details. We had a great trip otherwise.

Great location!

We loved the location! Could walk to everything and the view from the roof of the Parthenon is unbelievable! A lot of great restaurants close by. Only issues we had were that the showers would flood on the floor, written instructions for the appliances and the rooftop needs a shade covering. These were minor issues because overall it was exceptional stay. The host responded quickly and was very accommodating.

We had a group of 10 friends staying 2 days in Athens before a cruise. Great place to stay, plenty of bedrooms and baths. Even had hairdryers and iron and ironing board. Great rooftop.

Amazing!!!

The views of the Acropolis and Athens were spectacular. We were within walking distance to everything. We found a delicious little bakery just down the street that was delicious. Highly recommend this rental.

Family Trip to Greece

This was a beautiful property, conveniently located to all the amazing sites around Athens. The house accommodated all 10 of us. Having the two units with 3 bedroom/bathrooms was like being in a hotel with the comfort of home. We could gather and enjoy family laughs after a fun day exploring the city.

Acropolis stay

We arrive late in the evening and was greeted by the property manager. We rented both floors of the unit and the upstairs AC was not working. It was scorching hot in June. When we asked him about it he said the AC would eventually start to work but it never did. My young daughter closed the door to the bedroom and got locked inside at 10pm. We tried calling the property manager many times and messaged him through what's app. Eventually we called a different property manager who advised us on where the spare key was kept. But this initial experience left our daughter shaken and scared. Our children found bugs crawling on the drapes in their room. The neighborhood was fine but not a location I would recommend with young kids if you plan on being out later at night. Overall, this rental was disappointing and less than desired.

Amazing and such flexible hosts

I stayed at this property with my family. There are 11 of us adults. It was well suited for us. The check in process was wonderful. I am very grateful to our hosts. My brother was a little under the weather and our host was accommodating by letting us check in early. We are all thrilled with the wonderful service and the property. The location is perfect. Close to everything. Comfortable beds. Nice linens. Thank you George! You went above and beyond.

This property is incredible! Our host, George, was amazing and the property was close to everything and so well kept. We were able to walk to the Acropolis and to various restaurants around Athens.
