Beautiful, warm and stylish apartment that is close to the center of Athens surrounded by many attractions in the artsy Pagrati district, with everything within walking distance. It has a modern, cozy atmosphere that will make you feel right at home.

The comfortable living area has a sofa and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 extra people, leading into a semi open plan modern fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a king size bed and a bathroom .

Environmental Fees are mandatory based on the Greek government legislation and are not included in the the accommodation stay price. These fees are charged per night as follows:
2 € per night for the months of November 1st until March 31st
