A lift connects the floors except for 17 steps to the top terrace which we saved each day for late afternoon to sunset. Stairs also connect each floor but there is no handrail. The pool is lovely but quite deep so for swimmers only. The side terrace is larger than it appears in the photos and is usefully connected to the kitchen. The pool was wonderful and the views breathtaking. While the unit was nicely appointed, it lacked a crisp, cleanliness. Corners and drawers were not fresh. The third bedroom (on the ground level) was dark and well described. A 2nd bath or half bath on the 2nd floor for the 2nd bedroom would have been helpful. Navigating the stairwells without railing was treacherous( although the elevator helped). A bit disappointing and tied but suitable for our trip. ##### Jamie S. Literie super confortable, ménage irréprochable, lits faits, linge de toilette ok, et même les serviettes de plage... Cuisine toute équipée, wifi de très bonne qualité, matériel hifi vidéo Hi Tech... Piscine très agréable , terrasse superbe, transats (...) et quelle vue!!! Accueil de Nandia à l'aéroport parfait, pas d'attente donc pas de perte de précieux temps de vacances... Idem pour le retour, pas de chichi pour la remise des clefs... Voiture confortable et indispensable. Ménage en milieu de semaine avec changement du linge de maison. Seul petit bémol : la maison est située sur des hauteurs et vraiment éloignée de tous commerces et activités. Elle se situe dans un quartier résidentiel très calme mais la voiture est indispensable pour tout faire. Ne pas envisager de petite sortie à pied au bord de l'eau... Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances merveilleuse dans cette villa. La villa est luxueuse, tant par tous les aménagements (chambres spacieuses, cuisine très fonctionnelle, un super barbecue dans le jardin) que par tous les extra (la piscine bien sûr, mais aussi le billard, les appareils de musculation ou encore la voiture à disposition pendant la semaine et des vélos). La situation est parfaite : vue superbe depuis la terrasse, la plage est accessible à pied par un chemin calme, et de nombreuses visites sont possibles à proximité (Athènes bien sûr mais aussi le cap Sounion qui est proche). Enfin l'accueil est irréprochable en qualité et en gentillesse. Nandia est venue nous attendre à l'aéroport, ce qui rend très facile l'accès à la villa. Tout est parfaitement organisé sur le plan pratique, et Nandia est aussi d'excellent conseil pour les lieux à visiter et les restaurants. Au final, une semaine de vacances parfaite dans un lieu idyllique, avec une mer très chaude et aux eaux transparentes .Je recommande vraiment cette location et nous avons hâte d'y revenir en famille. L'accueil et l'accompagnement par Emie Konstantinidou fut parfait en tout point (prise en charge à l'aéroport, visite du Musée de l'Acropole, conseils pour le séjour). Grand avantage de cette maison, elle est située dans un endroit très calme mais à seulement 25-30 kms du centre d'Athènes, elle convient donc bien pour un séjour combinant le repos et les activités touristiques.
