Family vacations . Just next to the beach. No need car to go to the beach, fish tavern, bar, forest. The location is in natura zone. Distance to the airport is 10 km - 15 min, To the center of Athens is 35min.  
Very nice area , a hidden area in Athens. Our neighbor is all day patrolling by private security.
