Property is new to VRBO so there are no reviews! Be aware- they say it has AC- yet only the master bedroom upstairs has AC. The other 2 rooms were so hot and muggy, our kids had to sleep downstairs on the couch and floor. There are no TVs upstairs in the bedrooms- just 1 very old TV in the living room. Not a smart TV so difficult for us to watch anything in English. There is absolutely no parking- you must find street parking and it’s a challenge. The home itself is very cute and has everything in the kitchen you could want, and walking distance to many places to eat and amazing coffee house. It just needs a few more elements for foreign travelers. Communication was awful! Couldn’t get them to return a text or email. When we finally asked about the AC- they told me and I quote” it’s your responsibility to look at the pictures and see there’s no AC in the extra bedrooms “. And this is exactly why we don’t book homes with no reviews! For the price- we could have booked 3 hotel rooms and 99.00 a night- so you don’t really get a good value for the property either! Just be aware when looking into this house with no reviews. There’s a reason!
