Also located close to downtown, the Classic Center, Georgia Theater, and iconic restaurants like Chuck’s Fish & The National.  
We are committed to making your stay as relaxing & enjoyable as possible!  
  
Brand New Everything! Two bedroom two bathroom condo, all on one level. Cozy Ikea Friheten pull out couch located in the living room. Dining area accommodates 6 guest, plus a full kitchen. Private back patio, perfect for admiring the lush greenery surrounding the complex. Full washer and dryer located within unit. Three parking spots available right outside the condo. Truly the perfect spot for a stay in the heart of Athens, GA.  
  
Guest have access to the entire condo located in a quiet neighborhood.  
  
Your host live nearby and are quickly available to answer any questions you may have!  
  
5-points area of Athens, GA. Quiet neighborhood with great access to UGA, Sanford Stadium, Foley Field, Stegeman Coliseum, fantastic restaurants, Memorial Park and walking trails, Bear Hollow Zoo, State Botanical Gardens and UGA softball and soccers fields.  
  
You will have three designated parking spots directly outside the condo marked \`244.\` You must park in a space marked \`244.\` Uber and Lyft readily available for a safe ride to and from downtown. Also, public transportation - ACC Bus stop within walking distance.  
  
There are three assigned parking spots for condo 244, you must park in one of the three spaces marked \`244.\` This condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, please no parties or smoking in the condo. Respect your neighbors, as you will find they are very quiet and friendly too!
