A perfect choice
Very clean, modern, comfortable, aesthetic. Loved the kitchen. Amenities are limited, however, if you request something they did provide it (iron, extra pot, dish towels etc.) It has drapes and an electric roller shades to block out the sun and noise. The apartments are adjacent to an elementary school yard, children are outdoors M-F all day (8-3) it can be noisy if your shades are up and windows are open, but it is still very private. We stayed twice, once on the 1st floor with a larger patio, there was a small table and lots of space even though it is open to the neighbors. There was no indoor table to eat, only a coffee tabel in front of the TV - which works. The 2nd time we were on the 2nd floor with a very narrow balcony, no room to sit outside, but still nice to have a balcony. Also no indoor table to eat, just coffee table. The building itself is very nice, good quality construction and quiet. Very nice lobby and a small elevator. A handy booklet is provided with helpful information about the neighborhood etc. We used the pick up service provided from the airport and really appreciated our driver - it was well worth the extra $$ because we arrived late. The neighborhood is full of everything you need, and quite charming, very safe. We liked being in an authentic Athen's neighborhood and away from the tourist area. Note for host: instructions are needed for the washing machine (dials are in Greek). Also, how to let someone inside with door bell. Thanks!

The apartment is so central bus very near as well as supermarket. Stayed for 8 nights so when we asked for clean towels very helpfull. Only down side was no microwave or toaster. The pillows were too high & hard for us. Would recommend this apartment

Overall the appartments were nice but there was a lack of cooking tools and basic cleaning equipment like a broom. The staff were VERY helpful and quick when somthing was needed.

Clean and modern apartment with all facilities,easy to find although its quite busy street. Staff was prompt and helpful, Speaks good english. We had a wonderful stay. Finding a car park space could be tricky but that goes for whole of Athens.

Sleep in Comfort near Ancient Athens.
These are very nice, modern apartments. We had everything we needed for our two day stay. We are able to walk to all the ancient archeological sites. There are many, many shops and restaurants nearby. There is even a large grocery store just two blocks away.

Tolle Lage außerhalb der Touristengegend, trotzdem sehr belebtes tolles Viertel. Leider Bauarbeiten direkt über uns, war sehr laut aber wir waren tagsüber eh unterwegs.

Unterkunft okey, Kommunikation schwierig. Anreise nach 22 Uhr nur mit Taxi vom Hotel, 55 Euro Festpreis. Telefonnummer auf der Internetseite nicht aktuell, wenn man innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten anruft kommt eine Automatische Bandansage. Kurz und knapp Unterkunft i.O. Das andere sollte verbessert werden.

Dear Philip. glad you enjoyed your stay.We do not accept arrivals after midnight and you were arriving 00:10 next day at the airport. The only solutions we can offer is free cancelation so you can find a hotel with 24h reception or book a taxi with one of our partners os that the driver can give the keys. The taxi prices are official fixed prices and there is no extra charge from our side.Regarding the communication, it is not a hotel so communication is within office hours.hospitality changed dramatically the last 3 years but unfortunately travelers are not familiar with the new age accommodations and expect hotel services. We are succesfully offering budget luxury hospitality and i am sure you can confirm by the fact that our night is more economic than a taxi fair from the airport.Happy to accommodate you again in the future
