    King bed in master bedroom with seating area, a small desk, and private bath. Queen bed in bedroom 2 with a small desk, abundant storage and Roku TV. Bedroom 3 offers a full over full bunk bed to sleep up to 4 and or a sleeping / gaming space with a wall mounted tv!

Great place to stay for a UGA game

Me and several of my friends had a wonderful time staying at this location. The property manager was very responsive and gave good direction. I would stay here again, if given the chance.

Great place

The pictures you see are exactly what you get with the unit. Plenty of space and very clean. Keith has been excellent to work with and quick with replying to messages both online and talking in person. Highly recommend this listing.

WONDERFUL STAY!

The property is just as described and is very cozy. Keith Allen, the owner could not have been more accommodating. We had a question and he responded immediately and followed up to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is tucked away but not far from most everything in Athens. Thank you, Keith!

Property is just as advertised. Top notch condo. Keith is an amazing host and assisted with my parents checking in ahead of us and responding in person to a very minor request. Very much recommend if you need to be in Athens.
