Short stopover for a few hours sleep before we had another flight. Exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and had everything we needed. Was easy to arrange car service and late checkout( for a fee) . May hear road noise depending where your room is but didn't bother us. Would recommend if all you want is a few hours rest.

We stayed for one night and had a super early flight in the morning. The location was convenient for the airport. The property was clean and quiet. Our shower did take a good while to get hat water coming though but otherwise our short stay just to sleep for a night was great!

The room was very clean and tidy and there was plenty of parking. Once I found the property thr check in instructions were quite straightforward. The location and description were not accurate. The image of the building shown online was actually of a nearby home of a local. Additionally, the coordinates of the home took me somewhere different from either of these buildings. I had to ask locals to point me in the right direction.

The communication with the host was phenomenal. They were able to set me up days in advance with all of my self check in instructions, as well as help coordinate my transfer to the airport the next day. I arrived in the middle of the night and was able to get into my room without any problems. The room was very clean, property felt very safe. Would highly recommend!

Our stay at Nestel Hotel in Artemida, Greece was wonderful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and communication with the staff was seamless. The hotel was very affordable and conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the airport. They also offer a reasonably priced shuttle service, which is a great option if you don’t want to use Uber or a taxi. A mini market is within walking distance, and the bus stop is only about a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. We would definitely recommend Nestel Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and budget-friendly place to stay near the airport.

All was good with the physical property and the on site staff was excellent in helping me through check in difficulties, and transportation to the airport, even though we did not speak the same language. Google translate helped a little too. The support line was there when I contacted and spoke my language (English) and after some discussion about me not having access to my email or WhatsApp did dispatch a person to help me with accessing the room for an early check in for an extra 20 Euros. I would have waited for regular time but just wanted to make sure I got in. Overall I did get access support, but it definitely could have been smoother. Apparently I missed some questionnaire that was emailed to me after booking online, but it wasn't apparent when I was booking that it was a requirement. Another couple arrived when I was going through this process and they also had problems for access but with my help on contacting the phone support they were able to resolve it faster. To improve the online booking and check in process I would suggest they ask all relevant questions in the booking and make it a clear Pop up for the room number and the lock box combination. No on site office.

Arrived late after a long drive from Kalamata. True to shower but the drain was plugged. Washroom filled with water. Used towels to mop up. Had to finish shower with drizzle. My partner couldn't shower for fear of flooding the room. Called management. They said all the right things but did nothing to rectify the situation or compensate us. Additionally, the hotel charged a Security Deposit to provide the key. This was not identified as a requirement in the exotica write up or listing, Had we known this we would not have booked this room. Room faced a busy road, all we heard was speeding cars all night. Lastly, directions were difficult to understand and it took us a while to find the place. The rooms have been updated and clean. Proximity to airport was good. Unfortunately the negatives far outweigh the positives. Do yourself a favour and book else where. UPDATE. we have contacted the Mngmt again. They maintain service issues arise and they are not prepared to compensate us although they did nothing to rectify the situation. Additionally they have yet to return the "surprise" security deposit. I implore you, these people have по Φιλότιμο, Avoid this establishment at all costs. Avoid booking here. The "surprise" security fee has yet to be returned. My father had a word for these type of people "απατεώνες... swindlers. Not being able to shower is not a small inconvenience. Then having management say all the right things but do nothing

Stay was great! This is a self check in hotel and the communication was great. The staff send me messages the day before to ensure the room was ready and great instructions. Told them I would arrive early and they had the room ready by the time we got there. We were able to check in early around 12. They even have a slide (lol) for you to get your luggage to the second floor. Near transportation and we barely stayed in the room. We were leaving the same day. Room was clean. Property was clean with parking. We caught the bus and the bus stop was located outside of the hotel. We took a shower once getting back and left the same day. But worth the stay and money. I’m not sure if there is much to do around the property because we headed back downtown. Overall great experience. By the way my son loved the luggage slide and busied himself with it while when we arrived and left. And the cleaners were very helpful. They carried out very heavy luggage up the steps when we arrived. I really appreciated that as well.

The property itself was nice, clean and well maintained. I did not realize this was a self check-in establishment but they messaged through the booking app with proper instructions. While technically only about 10-15 min from the Athens Airport, originally used Uber to arrive and it took us a long round about way that ended up costing about $40 euros. When returning to the airport, Freenow app took a direct approach for only $20 euros.
