It's 280 sq.m.built in 1924,recently renovated really spacious living rooms(100sqm)traditional balconies with view to Filopappos Hill and Acropolis and the same time you see the unique street in front of the house with the few Neoclassical Houses. Real paintings all over the space, dinning room, and four very comfortable and spacious bedrooms Two work spaces,two WIFI connections (one for each floor) 24 hours a day heated and hot water,AC for the summer The house is situated between Filopappos hill and Koukaki area.
