This modern fully renovated two bedroom semi-basement flat/apartment, with a private patio area, located in the Koukaki of Athens.  
This modern apartment has everything you need for your stay in beautiful Athens. Is located at Koukaki, the southeast neighbourhood of the Municipality of Athens, one of the safest areas of the city. Very central but also a quiet place to stay. Ideal for your walk and visits to all attractions of the city. Within nine minutes walk to Acropolis museum, very close to Filopappou Hill and Monument, a great suggestion for the incredible view of Athens above the hill!   
  
Also in the area you can find all your essentials, from supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.   
  
So this semi-basement apartment consists of a living room with a sofa and armchair, two bedrooms with double bed, and TV, one kitchen, and a big bathroom. Also the private patio area with plants to relax after your long day!
