The flat is located in Koukaki. There are several restaurants and bars in the area.  
  
The Acropolis, the ancient Odeon and the Acropolis Museum are all within 5 minutes' walk.  
Syngrou–Fix metro station is 2-3 minutes away from the apartment on foot.  
  
This is a recently renovated apartment with new furnitures. It is perfect for couples, families and business people.  
  
The apartment is absolutely spotless and our beddings are always freshly laundered for each guest.
