This exquisite four-level villa, spanning 3.660 square feet, offers unparalleled luxury and convenience. It has a private heated pool, elevator,2 living rooms,3 bedrooms,2 full bathrooms,1 shower room,1 WC,parking and views of Lycabettus and Technopolis. The main sites will literally be on your feet. You can move everywhere by foot while the Kerameikos metro station is just 5’ away. It would be our honor to host you. If you wish to adjust the pool at a higher temperature the cost is 75 euros per degree per night, •1 big living room by the pool with sofa, coffee table, and 2 comfortable cushions, •1 main living room on the third level with a huge Italian design sofa and a recliner, a flat 55-inch tv with a lot of free satellite channels, •Modern kitchen with electrical appliances such as fridge with freezer, oven with hobs, microwave oven, coffee machines (nespresso and filter), toaster, boiler. The area is very interesting - lots of little bars and cafes around the place, and well off the tourist trail, but still within striking distance of Parthenon etc. We got cheap and easy Uber taxis but walking is possible too. ##### Josh W. Danke dafür er hat auch ein Luxus Shuttle besorgt er uns von Ort zu Ort gefahren hat dafür auch noch mal vielen lieben Dank für die Organisation Das einzigste kleine Manko mit der Alarmanlage, dass sie andauernd angesprungen ist, wenn man was falsch eingetippt hat.
