This 57 sq m apartment provides a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave oven, electric cooker, kettle, dishwasher, washing and dryer machine). There is a dining table for four persons, a 42 inch TV, Wi-Fi, relaxing sofa-bed, spacious wardrobe with hangers, 1,60m * 2,00m bed, heating, ventilation, 2 a/c. Led and spot lighting is available in living room, bedroom, kitchen, creating the perfect atmosphere. Two electric shutter mechanisms provide shading in addition to roller shade. There is a small garden outside the apartment.
Parking in the apartment building is not provided but there is plenty of space outside the apartment. Bear in mind that there is a fee at 1€ / hour during working days from 09:00 to 21:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 16:00.
