We were supposed to be emailed with check in instructions 5 days prior to arrival and I never received anything. When I finally was able to get a live person 24 hours before check in they informed me that the room I booked had bed bugs and they would have to give me two different rooms, which were on floors 5 and 3, which was really inconvenient for us traveling with two teenagers. The shower head did not work so we had to use a wand which is a pain. The comforter was too small for the bed. The worst part was the construction happening at 9:00 at night on the room under us. And the bar next door that was playing loud music all night. Was notified that I had to pay extra right away. The owner said she would come and meet us-never did. Was notified and photos sent of the stained couch in the room. She said there was a cover. Told her no there is nothing and she stopped responding. The cleaning lady didn’t know how to pull the bed out so we did that. If you stay longer than 5 days you get new towels.
