Spanning three levels, this architect-designed home blends neoclassical grace with modern calm. Three serene bedrooms and two refined bathrooms unfold beneath soaring ceilings. The top suite opens to a panoramic terrace where Athens drifts below, and the Acropolis stands eternal. As dusk falls, sink into the private hot tub—Athens aglow, the Parthenon illuminated in timeless silence. An architect-designed sanctuary beneath the Acropolis. The ground floor hosts two serene bedrooms with king beds, lofty ceilings, and a spa like bathroom—a retreat of quiet elegance. Upstairs, light fills the open-plan living room, dining area, and kitchen where heritage and design meet in effortless calm. The top floor is a private haven: a master suite with a bespoke marble bathroom and wrap-around terrace for six, offering cinematic views of the Acropolis and the Athenian skyline. Above it all, the rooftop hot tub awaits—an intimate perch above history, where sunsets turn the Parthenon to gold and the city fades into evening silence. Guests have access to the entire residence. Self check in and optional in person check in with our concierge. \-No parties or gatherings allowed. \-After booking and a having agreed to the house rules, if we find out that your intentions are to host a party/gathering then you should cancel your reservation. There will be no refunds. \- People not included in the reservation are not allowed to enter the property - Never leave keys behind the door in the lock. In case you lose the keys, the lock must be replaced. The cost for this will be yours \- Common quiet hours are from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and after 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. (no loud noises during these hours). \-To comply with local regulations, we will need the passport number of the person who made the reservation. For Greek citizens, we need their VAT number \- Please confirm the number of guests, to ensure bedding is provided for extra people. If we find more people in the listing than in the reservation, they will be removed from the property and charged to your reservation for each additional person according to the commission per additional person. - Please note that children (age 2 and above) count as guests and must be added to your booking. A baby cot is available on request.) \- Departure is at 11:00 am. Only if agreed and when availability allows, a later departure can be arranged for a fee. If we find you at the apartment after the departure time, you will be charged the daily rate. \- We use high quality white sheets and towels. Make sure they are free of stains. The house is stunning—beautiful design, high ceilings, and an incredible sense of calm. Nikolia greeted us warmly and made everything effortless.
