The Graduate Athens is convenient to downtown Athens and the North Campus of UGA. It is less convenient to the South Campus. The hotel is a modern hotel in repurposed buildings.

Recently stayed at Graduate Nashville and I guess the bar was set too high. Room door opens directly outside so felt more like a motel. No elevator so had to haul luggage up stairs but it was only one flight. Good location in walking distance, but had I known what I know now, I probably would’ve selected the Hyatt or somewhere else.

Our stay was pleasant. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed by the friendly staff. The room was safe and conveniently located close to restaurants and pubs. Would have liked better movie and regular TV channels that didn't pause to stream every few minutes. But overall our stay was very nice.

I have stayed at a few Graduates and this location was not up to par in my opinion. It is different in that the lay out is more motel than hotel but, I though it could have been cleaner especially in the bathroom. Stay was great just disappointed compared to my previous stays at Graduate Hotels.

The Athens Graduate is the first sub-standard Graduate property I have experienced. The room appeared to have been converted from a former motel and was depressing. The countertop in the bathroom was peeling off. They did not have umbrellas to loan to clients. The coffee shop attendant did not come in on Saturday morning. They did not have room cleaning by request--you had to text to get something done.

The room was okay. Kind of cute but lamps and outlets didn't work. The actual outside was run down and needed to be swept and painted. Shame on you for charging $475 a night for that room. I have stayed at several graduate hotels and the quality varies. This one was not nice.

I paid $400 per one night due to my daughter's Gmea orchestra. However even they did not provide the breakfast. Also due to the severe noise of the heating machine, I couldn't fall asleep even one minutes. I'm very disappointed about the condition of the Inn.

The water in shower was either scalding hot or ice cold. This is a motel - not a hotel. Rooms opened out to the parking lot. Did not feel extremely safe. Staff did not clean the room and only delivered new towels.

This is more of a motel, doors open to the parking lot. Patrons are charged 12$ a day to park - there’s no reason for the charge as it’s not in a downtown area where you’d find increased demand for parking.

Great location, walkable to downtown Athens. Clean basic rooms with eclectic Graduate design. They also have an awesome coffee shop in the lobby and three EV chargers in the parking lot (2 were for Teslas).

Cool and funky decor, great lobby coffee shop. A pat of the hotel backs up to a street and can be a little noisy. There's a good bar, but t closes a early on Saturday night.
