### Gianna's cozy n quiet-A comfortable cottage style stay near Athens airport

Peaceful, sunny and spacious place in a quiet neighborhood.  
There is a big bedroom, huge living room and garden view balcony waiting for you.  
It has all equipment you may need for a proper breakfast or dinner.  
  
The apartment is 10 km from int. airport (10-15 min drive) and 12km from port of Rafina, which is very convenient, while in the same time you can reach Athens center in not more than 40 minutes.  
  
If you plan to stay little more, the beach is just 2 km away and the town center only 5 km. There you can find many cafeterias, restaurants and shops very close to the beach.  
  
Shuttle services available upon request and for an additional cost.
