- This cozy apartment is located in the majestic seaside suburb of Voula, only a 7 minute walk from the organized beach. Located on the top floor, the apartment is spacious, new, and elegant. The living room, kitchen, and balconies face directly towards the sea. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making up the total space of 160sq meters. In addition, a 70sq meter roof terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests with an incredible view of the Saronic Gulf and the Athenian Riviera.
