About this property

College Town Retreat! Close to UGA and Downtown!

  • Two bedroom two bathroom condo just four miles from Sanford Stadium and downtown! Walking distance to tons of great local restaurants, and close to three grocery stores to stock up on anything you would need!

    Upstairs is the soothing master suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. Large walk-in closet has a queen size air-mattress if needed. A 49 inch TV, along with a sitting area, make the upstairs a perfect getaway.

    Downstairs is the second bedroom, set up like a hotel with two double beds and direct access to the bathroom. Large closet and TV makes it feel like home.

    The kitchen has everything you would need for cooking a great meal, and the dining table has a leaf to comfortably seat up to six people.

    Living room has a comfy couch and love seat with another 49in TV, Roku, and Playstation.
