We found it was in a very convenient location. Everything in the property was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful when in communication. There was a bit of a problem with communication because the phone number given was a landline and yet they used Whatsapp to communicate but didn't give a mobile number initially. This meant that text messages were not responded to becasue they weren't received. Also it would have been good if there were some written instructions left at the property - especially for how to use the electric cook. It took ages to work out how to use hotplate and oven. Also it would have been good to have had a microwave oven. But overall we were very comfortable.
