Recently renovated, the apartment features a cozy bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a charming living area designed for relaxation.

    This newly renovated, fully furnished apartment features one bedroom with a queen bed, a cozy living room with a comfy sofa-bed, a dining table, a brand new bathroom, and a brand new fully-equipped kitchen.

    - To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. Passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
    - Please confirm number of guests to make sure bed linens are provided for extra persons.
    - Please note that kids (of an age 2+) are counted as guests and should be added in your reservation.
    - Baby crib could be provided upon request with an additional charge.
    - 24h check-in option is available for free and you will collecting keys from a lock-box near the building's entrance. If you would like to check-in in person with one of the members of our team please note that there is a late check-in fee for arrivals to the apartment after 19:00.
    -If you book a non-refundable rate this reservation is not amendable and you are not entitled to receive a refund.

たまたま施設管理のスタッフが入口に居たので迷うことなく鍵を入手できましたが、鍵の収納箱は入口の歩道を挟んで反対側の柱にありました。オーナーからの連絡メールでは鍵の収納箱が歩道の反対側の柱にあることは何ら説明がなかった。この点今ひとつ配慮があった方が良いです。

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Schön und stilvoll eingerichtet sodass man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Sehr unkomplizierter Check in mit Schlüsselbox.Sehr zentrale Lage sodass die Altdtadt wunderbar zu Fuß zu erreichen ist.Sehr weiterzuempfehlen.
