Excellent staff excellent hotel.
From the beginning the guy on reception was excellent giving me fantastic local knowledge of where to go even though it was past midnight. The breakfast were very nice also plus the hotel was very happy to look after my bag all day when I checked out.

Great hotel! Stayed there before! Accessible to transportation, shopping, bars, restaurants. The only thing is that they need to upgrade the rooms with paint and hide the piping in the walls for bathrooms! Very clean! But I didn’t like to see the pipes behind the wall in the bathroom and needs fresh paint some spots were peeling! I will stay again!

Great location and staff
Great customer service by all the staff especially the lady behind the desk huge shout out to her as she managed to allow us to check in slightly earlier after travelling all night just because by chance our room was ready. The guy behind the bar made us a great mojito and negroni so shout out to him as well! Excellent location as it’s very central to glyfada and close to tram lines and bus stops if you want to go around Athens like we did. We would 100% come again.

Hotel is in a lovely area with great shops, restaurants and bars. Convenient for buses and trams into central Athens and along the coast. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the staff extremely helpful. Lovely to have a swimming pool but it would have been nice if it was open for longer.

The walls are paper thin you can hear people who are next to your room especially when you’re trying to sleep at night. Chair by the desk is very loud when someone moves it. Staff were very nice especially staff in the restaurant.

We booked a ground floor room and it was very noisy! Woke up around 6 am from the noise the staff was making while preparing breakfast. Rooms should be properly sound proofed.

We did not like that the pool was only open from 10am - 6pm and that was not advertised (at least easily) on the travelocity sit. Also, "free parking" mean drive around the blocks for an hour to find a spot. Only 10 spots at hotel.

Great place. I know athens well so this might be different if i didn't. The place is perfect for what i needed. A place to stay for a couple of days at beginning of my trip, close to family i needed to visit and about 30 minutes from airport. Great value.

Staff was super friendly and efficient. Our room was small but it had everything we needed also it didn't matter because we were there for one night. Next time ifwe stay longer we will opt for a bigger room. Pool was open and looked inviting. Definitely recommend this property.
