  • The Athenian niche in Plaka" (180 sqm) is a 2-level house located in the same building as the "The Athenian Houses in Plaka" They actually share the same main entrance door. But apart from that, they are totally independent. If you happen to be a big group traveling together maybe you might need to rent both villas and have the whole building to yourselves

    The House can accommodate up to 10 residents. It consists of 3 bedrooms, a big attic, 2 bathrooms, a water closet, a kitchen, a living & dining room, and a small patio and a balcony overlooking Lisiou street. Residents are allowed to use all of the houses premises.
