We stayed in Mid Oct. For two nights with kids. The main attraction to this apartment is the location to everything, its in the middle of monostiriki, its also one of the most amazing views you will ever see of the acropolis. Basically it almost on top of Little Kook! However it rained hard on the days we were here and the apartment had a small leak in the middle of the floor from the ceiling. The floors are all concrete which can be a slippery mess if there is rain water in the middle of the floor. Also shampoo, soap, and conditioner is ultra basic no frills, which is weird for a penthouse. In oct. The pool is not heated, and if its in the 60's outside its probably in the 60's in the pool because there was no change while we were there.
