  • Penthouse studio (12 sq.m.) on a large terrace offering a breathtaking view of Kallirrois av. and surrounding areas as well as Hymettus.

    Walking distance to major attractions:
    Acropolis (south east entrance): 9 min
    Acropolis museum: 6 min
    Temple of Zeus: 8 min
    Panathenaic Stadium (Kallimarmaro): 13 min
    National Museum of Contemporary Art: 7 min
    Zappeio (national park): 13 min

    Also, easy access to Metro (4 min to Fix station), as well as Tram (1 min) for visiting areas like Athens coastline.

    The studio consists of one room, containing the bed and bedside tables, closet, TV and air-conditioning unit, and a small kitchen.
    The bathroom is a small separate room inside the main one.

    Please keep in mind that the studio is on the 6th floor (terrace). There is an elevator in the building, going up to the 5th floor. From that point on, you have to use the stairs (17 steps) to reach the next floor.
