  • Our condo is less than a mile from UGAs campus and five points making it perfect for game days, concerts, weddings, and weekend getaways! This quiet condo was completely remodeled, making it a comfy, cozy place to stay in Athens! Located on the first floor. Parking is available for 2 vehicles.
    This condo has a smart TV in the living room with streaming services, wifi connection, a small dining space, two bedrooms, and one full bath. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds while the living room couch pulls out into a queen bed for extra guest or children.
    The modern farmhouse style kitchen includes a Keurig, microwave, gas stove and oven, refrigerator, dishes, glassware, pots & pans, etc. Basic items such as coffee, sweetener, salt, pepper, cooking oil are provided.

    We have a highchair, pack n play, and baby bathtub upon request before arrival! We keep these items so that we can make sure they are sanitized after each use. While we do offer these items, please note that the condo is not baby proofed.
