Noah's Forest is truly a gem. It is incredibly clean, beautifully landscaped, and everything is modern. The restaurant was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a truly luxe experience. If you're comparing different places, book this one. If I find myself in CR again, I would go out of my way to stay here again.
PS - we booked Noah's Hideaway which is a somewhat more private section of rooms of Noah's Forest and I think the rooms are a little nicer. It was confusing for us to understand the difference between the Hideaway and Forest just from the photos and websites online.

"The property was an older Villa Style Hotel with an amazing layout and beautifully maintained. Very relaxing and so much better than your typical hotel. The staff was amazing and the pool and restaurant area was beautiful! Will never stay anywhere else when passing through San Jose!"
